Smoked Chicken Dip

  • 2 cups shredded smoked or rotisserie chicken
  • 5 oz Trailer 51 Original Hot Sauce or 50/50 mix of Trailer 51 Original Barbecue Sauce and Original Hot Sauce
  • 4 oz Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 4 oz Crumbled Blue Cheese

Start the smoker to 275-300 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour bowl into an aluminum half hotel pan. Smoke using your favorite hardwood for 45-60 minutes until heated through, stir. Garnish with green onions and/or cheese. Serve with chips, tortillas, crackers or cut veggies. Enjoy!
